Returns

The Return Policy

We hope that you are delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, and wish to return the item(s) for  an exchange, please do so within 14 days from the date of receiving the parcel.  (P.S. All return and exchange are not included limited edition, gift packaging and engraved products. Phyto Lab is not responsible for any damage, lose or delay during transmission through the post.) 

The Return Process

1. Contact our Consumer care center

Please reach our Consumer care center (WhatsApp :+852 34932032 or e-mail :  info@phyto-lab.com) and state out your return request. Our Consumer Care Advisor will request for the following information for verification:

  • Order number

  • Purchasing date

  • Product name and qty which need to be refunded

  • Photo of return product

  • Reason for refund

 

The return product(s) must be unopened and in its original packaging, with leaflets and all accessories. We do not accept product(s) that are opened or used unless it has been damaged or defective.

2. Pack the item(s)

Carefully pack the items into the box and include the original receipt or packing slip.

Please make sure that all returned products must be unopened and returned in its original packaging, with all the accessories and inserts, unless the product is damaged or defective. In case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please contact our Consumer care advisor immediately.

3. Return confirmation

Upon the arrival of the returned product(s), we will check if the product(s) meets the requirements of returns and refunds.

4. Returns | Exchange

Upon confirmation of the returned product(s), we will ship out the new product(s) according to stock availability.
